Hands down 10 out of 10 I popped onto the show, the host was running around in a beach. The listing stated we were biding on a surprise set SAE wrenches. I figured why not take a shot at it. Paid $29 for a surprise wrench set. My items arrive and I received a single 7/16” wrench, not a wrench set, a single $29 generic wrench. Talked with host and he said he could understand the confusion on how I thought it was a wrench set and not a single wrench due to the wording on the listing. Lesson learned I guess. Verify the play on words in the listings. Sorry there was confusion regarding the listing. This was a Surprise Set, and the item you received was the exact 7/16" SAE wrench pictured and associated with your purchase. “Set” referred to the Surprise Set format, not a complete SAE wrench set. We understand how you interpreted the wording differently and have taken that feedback into consideration, but the item received was the item shown and won. intelligence evades you. The giveaway shipment was sent using the Whatnot-provided shipping label for a 3 oz shipment. Because of the shipping method, it does not have a standard USPS tracking barcode in the same manner as a typical package.
The shipment was completed and subsequently marked as delivered. When the buyer contacted me stating that they had not received it, I provided the available delivery information and advised them to contact Whatnot Support because the shipment was already showing as delivered. You received the item associated with your purchase as advertised. We understand not everyone enjoys the surprise format, but the terms were clearly disclosed before bidding.
