Reviews (68)Thank you for the givvy! I appreciate it ❤️ I’m very disappointed with how my order arrived. The items were packaged in what is literally a chips box, which is not appropriate or secure for shipping makeup products.
The box arrived crushed and partially open, with an actual hole where the items could have easily fallen out. USPS even included a notice stating that some of the contents were found outside of the package and had to be placed back inside.
I understand that shipping carriers can sometimes handle packages roughly, but proper packaging is the seller’s responsibility. Everyone pays for shipping, and at the very least, customers expect their items to be protected. Using a proper shipping box (which USPS actually provides and sells for this exact purpose) would have prevented this situation.
Thankfully nothing seems to be missing, but this could have easily resulted in lost items. For future orders, I strongly recommend using safer, more secure packaging.

Bought on 3/29 finally shipped 4/14! No communication on what was happening. I had to reach out to her. She said printer issues. I'm a seller and used library to print lable to insure my items shipped promptly. Seller stated no major pilling. Wrong. The call outs were fine, the sides that were pulling and cracked not called out. They were bad. Seller said I could cancel, I didn't want my account dinged negative for backing out of a sell. She said she would not initiate cancel for same reason. So she shipped it after over two weeks after sell. Follow your gut. Read reviews. Lesson learned. you paid $4 for the bag. This is why I was super hesitant to make the sale. if you want to return fine. I showed you the bag and call outs on camera. I'm sorry that you're angry and leaving me a bad review made your day. I love that the people that actually spend money hardly complain. I have the problems with people who spend hardly anything. However her packing is horrible. the box wasn't big enough to hold the item ' the purse is exposed and could have. been damaged in transit as the only thing protecting it is a piece of tissue paper - not even the tape protected it. She waited almost a week to send the item - I sent her a message to mail it. I would have canceled the order but she said there is a mail room in her building which makes me wonder why it took so long to mail. Nonetheless the item is very nice and was not damaged in transit. I do have. pictures that show how badly packaged the item was. It wasn't damaged as you said... I love that the packing was so horrible and I think it rained one day but it got there undamaged. The one thing I do wish that her packaging was a little bit better. When I received my package, it’s like we didn’t have poly Millers or bags to put it in so she used one that she probably got in the mail because it just had a couple pieces of tape over the bag and when I receive the package, it was half opened.
