I immediately set up my first refurbished wireless diffuser only to find that it doesn’t work. So bummed out. But... That is the risk I took when purchasing 10 diffusers that were refurbished. Hope that I have better luck with the others. Love HC!! I received my product perfectly and promptly! Upon original inspection it looked like nothing was wrong until I went to plug in my unit, screw in my hotel collection oil, and then realized that no scent or puff of air was coming from the top. (I know this is visible, because I have a unit I purchased directly from the hotel collection website.) It was then that I realized the hanging string portion that hangs from the diffuser head and dips into your selected oil, was completely missing from the unit. I hope customer service contacts me directly to either take this back, or send me a new one. hopefully all 3 work fine, the boxes are in crappy condition but the diffusers look fantastic, love my diffusers Thank you for the giveaway! I can't wait to use it. Smells great and I use them all the time Am a huge fan of all the products and scents. But one of the items leaked out and bottle was half empty. Customer service was great and responded quickly. They sent a replacement right away! Buuuut that one arrived leaked too! It was allover the inside of the mailer bag, a big greasy mess & replacement bottle was half empty again 🫤🫤🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️. I do appreciate the effort but their shipping team should take better care to ensure the lids and seals are secured. The price is great. The products are always good. Was told it had bergamot and patchouli in the fragrance and neither one is listed in this fragrance
