Sometimes I think the post office isn’t very careful with shipments, especially from some of the boxes I have seen shipped from the post office. Your item was double boxed and the bottom was in styrofoam and the top wrapped in bubble wrap. I don’t know how it could have got broken. You can file a report with Whatnot through the buyer protection policy. Again I am so sorry. 😢 Very nice seller and enjoyed her show.Fast shipping and we'll packed. Love my copper.
