This review is for a previous order that I had to escalate to whatnot support. I reached out to shoe after receiving a package that contained two items I did not order. I sent a private message and his reply was sorry to hear that and thank you for telling me. I gave it a few days and sent a message to him via support. I received a very prompt response because it’s whatnots policy to respond within 48hrs. In that response I was told he would look into it. A week later no further action was taken on his part. I messaged again & he said he would contact whatnot to find out how to get a return label. Another week went by I sent a private message that went unanswered so I escalated to whatnot support. I got the refund via whatnot not by the seller. He states in his shows that he makes it right if it’s his mistake. I know he takes his business seriously but part of owning a business is customer service. Purchasing Halara is a want not a necessity. Your success depends on customers. Thought this seller was okay until messaging him about an issue. Tracking for my package said "label created" for weeks. I requested a refund 3 times. He ignored the requests & kept saying, "orders ship within 24 hrs." I had to contact Whatnot Support after a week of Shoe not resolving the issue (almost a month from purchase date). They got the refund issued in less than 24 hrs. It's now obvious to me that Shoe doesn't care about his customers. I hope people start spending their money w/someone who's not so selfish & obstinate. Pristine. Professional. Punctual. No one beats this seller. Everything I’ve ever ordered arrived earlier than expected and packaged with care. I can’t believe how lucky I am to have found this seller. Seriously this seller rules. If you don’t follow and bookmark/ that’s your own fault. No one in this platform is better.
