A++++++ I got my package in the mail & immediately noticed I was missing items. Contacted seller right away to give him the chance to make it right. He initially took no accountability & was in no hurry to resolve the issue of $50 in missing items. By the next day I still had not heard back from him so I figured I better let whatnot know that I was missing items to cover my own ass. After notifying whatnot seller sent me a message saying he was blocking me cuz & reported the items not received. I get that mistakes can happen & items can unintentionally get left out of a packge but the way you handle your mistakes speaks volumes. I just wanted some good old fashioned customer service... either apologize & send the missing items or immediately refund them. After reporting missing items to whatnot I did get a refund but seller was very rude & IDK why he would risk negative feeback & block a buyer who spent $200 during 1show just cuz I actually expected to receive all the items I paid for? A cool little arrowhead. I thought it would be silver but I’m still super grateful for the arrowhead. super happy with the purchase. the seller had exactly what I was looking for and even added a little extra. i appreciate it ! 10/10 Great seller. They have great items and ship fast. Probably one of the coolest givvy item from trust the givvy! item recieved is not the item from the pictures. recieved a 1 gram geiger bar, but it's completely tarnished on one side. if it wasn't just a gram, I would of asked for a refund.
