My purchase arrived poorly wrapped with inadequate materials. The box was too large, and all of these glass items were wrapped in some thin bubble wrap with some packing peanuts. However, the box was not filled up. Most of the items arrived, broken and shattered. I immediately contact the seller who took zero responsibility or accountability. She said she was contacting Whatnot because it was the post office‘s fault. The box itself was in perfect condition and not at all damage from the post office. She has continued to refuse to take blame, she also misrepresented one of the items as an egg cup, and it is a regular coffee mug. I am left with a huge box of shards of glass and a visa bill that I am expected to pay -do not shop here.
