Excellent seller, items are so good! Very disappointed on how this dress was sent to me. I spent $45 on a shop purchase and this dress was smashed into the bottom of shoe box sized cardboard package with other unclean dresses on top. No plastic protection and no care in folding whatsoever. This dry clean only dress has a wired
edge ruffle and most of it was bent. I have no idea how to fix that, so IMO the dress is ruined. This type of seller seems to be a common.
