The header photo is my baby turtle yawning. When my daughter rescued her from a dog that was "playing" with her (her being the turtle) she was about the size of a quarter and 4yo. Now 9 the size of a silver dollar. Profile picture is my buddy, Shadow. He was the best cat/pet/friend/child you could ever ask for. He loved to sit beside me or lay on the dashboard when going for rides in my truck. I loved all the astonishing looks we'd get at the park with him walking beside me on his harness and leash. All the usual drive through windows (the bank, electric company, etc, etc..) that usually had dog treats, all started keeping cat treats just for him. He passed away April the 3rd 2025 at exactly 9an, at the age of 17. I will miss him always.
