didn't hit during the break and got a pack of cards which is fine. its the lack of communication when I asked if that was what was sent to clarify as I didn't know how to view the receipts. auctions are fine, but communication is horrible. ive still never had a confirmation reply when I sent: I got a pack of cards is that what was sent since it didn't hit for my spot? I received my shipment today and was pleasantly surprised, that even though I didn't hit anything, my box was full of a bunch of extras. extra slabs shirt, top loaders, A Zion hard case, and the most impressive thing of it all, a handwritten letter thanking me for hopping into their stream and buying spots, that was impressive, that they took time to write me a short letter, that's customer service and even though we didn't hit anything and I spent a lot of money I'll be doing more business with them!!!
