So I hate to leave a bad review… but terrible buying experience for me here… I ordered an emerald shrimp, received a blue shrimp. I purchased on the 11th and never got shipping updates other than a label created on the 15th. And then delivered at my house on the 27th. Tried to contact seller multiple times and never received any responses. Then when I opened the package it was the wrong type of shrimp… a blue, not a green, but it was alive. tried to contact seller again and yet no response. 1/5. I hope other buyers receive better service than I did…. And the correct item/critter they paid for. Fast shipping and beautiful fish. Only lost one. The snail & betta fish arrived today! Thank you so much! I’ll be back. 1 doa and 1 thing I didn't order i order 3 camo molly got 2 and a floater when he rana camo molly. absolutely GORGEOUS giant betta, arrived quickly and safely! thank you soo much!! unfortunately my camo molly didn’t make it, USPS decided throwing the box on my porch was appropriate, however the packaging was the best it could’ve been in that situation❤️my bettas love the food, I’ll have to get a bigger bottle😆 Beautiful Bettas all arrived happy and healthy!
