Reviews (538)Too many problems happening with my order that shouldn't be happening with a seller of over 3k items.. Two fish arrived dead within the 2 day shipping time and a third was weak and sick in very cloudy water. Fish didn't have enough water in the bags... There was virtually ZERO air into the bettas bags which they need to be able to breath... There was no padding to stop them from sliding around in the box and the "cold" pack is the complete wrong kind, instead of frozen gel packs like fish suppliers normally use they put in a tiny hospital cold pack for minor bruises which only lasts one hour or less and wouldn't do anything at all to cool the fish during their long trip from Uber hot Utah... 😞 I've seen them replying they are new or blaming shipping on their problems but everything I saw was an issue with the packaging. These are the types of issues that shouldn't be happening when youve made over 3k sales... y'all are NOT new anymore, it's time to take responsibility for the animals As always great purchase, And you MUST try the fish food !!!! Mollys arrived healthy and are huge !!! Got 1 Doa. Haven't heard back. Delivery is really fast great person to buy from I won this food in a giveaway. A while back ago and my bettas love. It and they are so bright. And beautiful that I had to come back and buy some more. Thank y'all so much for a great product. Packaged nicely, fish arrived DOA in bags with almost no water My fish came in alive . He was very pale but after a half hour in the tank he is coloring up. I think he will be ok .
