Reviews (661)Other than slow to ship and then USPS delayed delivery, my fish seam to like it and water is still clear! got my fishy the neon yeller n the blk n mustard male Betta are soooo pretty n the female koi n blue /teal n blue with the fluttery whitish wings/fins are beautiful but she is mean to little fish like did a jaws on them n didn't eat them . but at nite she funny she sleeps sideways on a pennyworth leaf that more out of water then in n she like nothing the first time I saw it thought she was dead. I love her she stole my heart can't believe a fish can do that 😂 My fish arrived in good shape!! Thank you! Stunning females! So colorful and so healthy! Thank you! Terrible packaging, complete disregard for live fish! This seller seems quick to blame USPS/ Whatnot for the horrible condition in which the fish arrive. USPS/WN don't package the fish- the seller does! Unnecessarily large box with insufficient packaging, little water/air in the bags, leaving the fish bouncing around during shipment. Worse yet I paid extra for a cold pack and received a short-term ice pack that hadn't even been activated! Shipping live animals requires care, preparation and basic common sense - none of which were evident in my experience. Rather than accepting responsibility for inadequate packaging this seller apparently finds it easier to blame USPS/WN. My mistake was not reading the seller's reviews before purchasing. That won't happen again! There are plenty of reputable sellers who actually care about the well-being of their fish and take pride in shipping them properly. I strongly discourage purchasing from this seller. Your money and the fish deserve better! Had one fish DOA but all others are looking good. Dynamite seller! Dead fish to top off I had to chase around mail guy and pay additional $8 for shipping at delivery since he used wrong box and didn’t pay difference. We are terribly sorry we’re finding out that the two day shipping is not going to be possible for tropical fish Betta Fish I think we’ll stick to. We gave it a second try but Whatnot needs to change their shipment rates for a one-day shipping when we shipped through our website we do not have these problems. To start my fish were packed poorly and shipping was $26 it took me days to get in touch with somebody after contacting whatnot support the seller got back to me and I was given a refund for the shipping and my lost fish which is my reason for 4 stars. I appreciate they fixed it but I wish it would’ve been in a more timely manner and through our communication rather than having to go to support. Thank you so much we appreciate you. Won fish on Oct 6th fish arrived Oct 13th. My daughter won 3 fish from this same group same day and recieved her days sooner then me. my fish package in a big box with little paper to keep it from moving in the box. Fish doesn't look good. Just lays at the bottom of fish bowl. I tried messaging this company 2 times during my fish in transit and no reply. very upset. Sorry to hear that Joy, but from the understanding of the show, the reason for the delay was there was a holiday. As others have said, the packaging was horrendous. The fish arrived in very poor shape, far beyond the normal shipping stress. I have no idea how they arrived alive at all. The fish were in a single layered bag with barely any water and pretty much no air. The bags were in a box about 5 times larger than needed with no padding or insulation outside of a single piece of bubble wrap so the bags rolled around in the box hitting the sides just from picking the box up. I'm not sure if 2 of them are going to make it. I'd avoid this seller. There are plenty of other sellers who package extremely well. Sorry you had a bad experience some times the USPS throws packages around when we pack everything is in place will try some new ways to help you out on this Absolutely beautiful bettas!!!!
