Reviews (694)Dope quality. fast shipping. Chill dude's I dont even leave reviews, but I purchased a shirt during a promotion where buying an energy drink got you a discount on a second shirt. I purchased the original shirt and then bought an energy drink from the shop, but the seller claimed they never received notification of the purchase. I then bought a second energy drink, and they still claimed they didn’t receive it, despite me sending a screenshot confirmation showing both purchases.
At that point, I told them I dont want the discount and would just purchase the second shirt outright. The seller then suggested I donate $7 to the live stream and they would count that as an energy drink purchase. I even donated $10 instead.
I received my custom shirt, but never received the second shirt which I selected from their inventory. Two days later, the seller messaged me asking to be reminded of my 2nd shirt and size. I responded with the details, it’s now been about 2 weeks and I still never heard back or received the shirt smh. if your looking for top notch quality,customer service, technology honestly look no further this man checks all the boxes if you shop with him once you'll have no use for any other clothing distributors Outstanding. Great service and all around experience We talked about it multiple times an asked multiple times but still sent me the wrong size I plainly asked for 1- xL an 2-large and what did I get all large I mean come on I see in the reviews that this is a reoccurring issue if you’re gonna sell shirts, at least get the sizes right I’ll never come back here again Did not come in the correct sizes so was unable to use the items. During the live I was told that if I purchased two $15 “support the live” donations (plus a $7 energy drink), I would receive a custom shirt of my choice and a sports shirt. I bought in because the custom shirt was very meaningful — it was for my wife with a photo of our dog that recently passed away.
When the package arrived, only one shirt was included. Thankfully it was the custom shirt, and I will say the design came out really nice — I genuinely appreciate the quality of that. However, my sports shirt was missing. I reached out and was told it would be handled Monday. I waited, followed up, was told to email, and never received a response. I messaged again on Whatnot and still didn’t hear back. Mistakes happen — I understand that. But communication and follow-through are just as important as the product.
