The break went on for most of the day and was not complete by video or day end. The sale was complete without the ability to view the purchase. After contacting the seller, he was unable to furnish a video of the sale for me to view my purchase. He sent me a picture of a few cards of which were not even the same brand as the initial break. I then asked politely for a refund since I did not have access to view my purchase and the sellers incorrect order filling. He denied my refund in addition to disrespecting my purchase practices without being able to furnish the sale video. I was not able to request a refund within 24 hours because the break went on for more than 24 hours and I was trying to resolve the issue with the seller. Please refund both of my purchases for incorrect order filling and not being able to view my purchases. Thank you. A refund was not asked for until after the break happened and not until I sent a picture of the cards that you hit in the break and the few I added to your package! I also contacted whatnot about you not being able to see the video, these things are out of my control! The word disrespect is also crazy because I have all our messages saved. If a burrow Manga would have been in the picture no refund would have been asked for! Have a great day!
