The break went on for most of the day and was not complete by video or day end. The sale was complete without the ability to view the purchase. After contacting the seller, he was unable to furnish a video of the sale for me to view my purchase. He sent me a picture of a few cards of which were not even the same brand as the initial break. I then asked politely for a refund since I did not have access to view my purchase and the sellers incorrect order filling. He denied my refund in addition to disrespecting my purchase practices without being able to furnish the sale video. I was not able to request a refund within 24 hours because the break went on for more than 24 hours and I was trying to resolve the issue with the seller.
