Reviews (569)Disappointed in the shipping quality. I specifically reached out to the sellers and asked them to please protect the PSA slabs (sent a photo for reference showing the slab in a protective film covering) - the seller responded and said “We gonna wrap it up so you’re good”… well they came together in bundles held by a rubber band 🤦🏻♂️
When someone is being charged for priority shipping rates - you have enough wiggle room to ensure safe delivery and can do a little more to make sure a buyer receives their product in better condition than I did. I won’t be back just because of this. There are several other streamers who go above and beyond in shipping to make sure it arrives safe. We all know postal service workers do not care at all about throwing packages around. Other than that, they’re really cool dudes and good energy. This review is solely off of shipping quality and nothing else. Sellers are allowed to do mystery prizes as long as it’s on screen the whole time then revealed this seller does none of that… just remains vague.
Your giveaway description says “mystery random single or slab,” which I feel is unclear and potentially misleading because it doesn’t clearly identify what the winner is guaranteed to receive. Whatnot requires sellers to accurately disclose giveaway prizes and follow its giveaway rules. A giveaway shouldn’t be used to provide different prizes based on purchase history.
Please clarify exactly what the advertised prize is and ensure the giveaway is conducted transparently and according to Whatnot’s policies. As a buyer, I believe everyone entering should understand what they’re eligible to win, without the prize being changed based on who wins.I don’t know what your expectations for free giveaway is but we average 50-70 giveaway free cards to our viewers and if we give everyone monster cards. Business will be shut down next day. We checked and you haven’t bought a single item and you won a free giveaway which we sent pretty good card but you expected Chase card as gift is mind blowing. Please he grateful that you won FREE card and please respect other people business. You wouldn’t complain if you are in our shoes. You didn’t pay anything lol Great guys. Make it fun.
