Per the listed rules:
“Buyers are purchasing a Character Break Spot, not sealed packs or guaranteed cards.”
and
“If a character does not receive a qualifying hit, random bulk will be sent.”
Your shipment reflects exactly what was pulled live on stream for each spot you purchased.
All packs were opened live, and video receipts are available for verification if you’d like timestamps of the pulls.

I bought 5 spins on a live totaling $26.08 , I’m not mad I didn’t win anything but I expected the 5 random holos as a consolation, I only received 2 holos and the other 3 cards were bulk. On top of that the shipping speed was awful. Wouldn’t buy again🙅♂️This was a Character Break format, where hits are only shipped if the purchased spot is pulled. As outlined in the show notes, bulk cards are sent as compensation for non-hit spots, which is what occurred here.
This was also a premium set with limited holo availability, so additional holo compensation is not always possible.
Regarding shipping, all orders are processed as quickly as possible, and any delays are due to order volume or ensuring everything is packed correctly.
