Reviews (475)I got the wrong Pokémon card which was worth way more than these common cards.As stated in both the auction description and the show notes, which were available for the full duration of the stream, this was a Character Break format. Per the listed rules:
“Buyers are purchasing a Character Break Spot, not sealed packs or guaranteed cards.”
and
“If a character does not receive a qualifying hit, random bulk will be sent.”
Your shipment reflects exactly what was pulled live on stream for each spot you purchased.
All packs were opened live, and video receipts are available for verification if you’d like timestamps of the pulls.

This order was returned to us as undeliverable due to an incomplete address (missing city). We’re unable to deliver without that information. I bought 5 spins on a live totaling $26.08 , I’m not mad I didn’t win anything but I expected the 5 random holos as a consolation, I only received 2 holos and the other 3 cards were bulk. On top of that the shipping speed was awful. Wouldn’t buy again🙅♂️This was a Character Break format, where hits are only shipped if the purchased spot is pulled. As outlined in the show notes, bulk cards are sent as compensation for non-hit spots, which is what occurred here.
This was also a premium set with limited holo availability, so additional holo compensation is not always possible.
Regarding shipping, all orders are processed as quickly as possible, and any delays are due to order volume or ensuring everything is packed correctly. Sometimes with first class envelope shipping, tracking will show as delivered when it’s been processed locally, but it can still take a little extra time to actually arrive.
I’d recommend checking again over the next couple of days, as well as with neighbors or your local mail carrier, since envelopes can occasionally be placed in a different mailbox or held briefly.

I made an execution mistake, took responsibility immediately, and offered a replacement at my own expense. Whatnot confirmed that was the correct resolution and upheld the original outcome. They also assigned a $440 market value to resolve it.
During the process I was asked to reassign another buyer’s spot and told I could be reported or banned if I didn’t. I followed Whatnot’s decision.
