However, I was very disappointed that one of my purchased items was canceled without any communication beforehand. When I reached out to ask about it, I felt like I was given an excuse rather than an honest explanation. Good communication is important, and canceling an order without informing the buyer is unprofessional. I tried to repurchase the item telling her to post it on the buy it now.. waiting on her answer for a couple hours I decided to reach out to her and all she said was that it was already purchased by someone else. I hope future customers receive better communication and transparency.Hi!
