Overall, the items I received arrived in good condition, so I appreciate that. However, I was very disappointed that one of my purchased items was canceled without any communication beforehand. When I reached out to ask about it, I felt like I was given an excuse rather than an honest explanation. Good communication is important, and canceling an order without informing the buyer is unprofessional. I tried to repurchase the item telling her to post it on the buy it now.. waiting on her answer for a couple hours I decided to reach out to her and all she said was that it was already purchased by someone else. I hope future customers receive better communication and transparency.Hi! I have three kids and a full household to run- I answered very quickly to you and explained what happened in the cancellation note. I canceled one of your items because the shipping was wrong- it was over 2 pounds and you would of had to pay- I was live and had it in the buy now waiting for you to join and you did not so someone else bought it. Leaving a bad review because you’re also a seller is just sad behavior I gave you great deals and the rest of your order was sent. This review was reported because lying is not fair. Thank you.
