Box was broken with hole visible to stuff on the inside when it arrived. I was scared that there will be stuff missing since the hole was really big, but everything remains intact inside the box. The wraps and seals for individual products inside the box were able to save all the items! I love all the items so I’m glad they all arrived despite the big hole! honestly it took a long time to receive the gloss the actual gloss packet was smashed. Everything that was expected Shipping takes a while but great buys! Thank you so much friend!! I did reach out to her at some point in regards to the shipping taking quite some time and never got a response. packaging was great,the givvy was great and so were my belongings except for one of the meike glosses, on live i did ask if they smelled chemically in which t replied that they smelled like “strawberry” one of them smells a lot like lemon scented multi purpose cleaner and the other smells like banana laffy taffy so that’s disappointing. nonetheless i wish you the absolute best with your business and hope my feedback helps with improvement in the future.💗 T’s shows are such a vibe. She is very knowledgeable and has the best products. Girls you gotta remember if shipping takes a couple days extra who cares! We are getting deals. I’m grateful for that.
