We currently take 1-2 days to ship out, once we drop it off it’s out of my control with usps if there’s any delay on their end. I do not have more information on my end than yours. All the tracking is the same from my end to your end. As for messages I did not receive any type of messages on your end whatsoever. I do not reply to messages on the weekend as those are my days off. Customer service is Monday-Friday 11-5pm, please note that to give 48-72 hrs to respond. omg... you are one if the best.
