Usps crushed my box pretty good, but everything was wrapped really good and arrived safely. Sadly my order was lost for a few days and the begonia was damaged. So I wanna start this by saying I have ordered many times from Emerald roots and never had a problem until this last order. He did ship it out within three days of the order, but it got lost in the mail for 17 days. Now being lost by USPS is not the sellers fault, but when I brought this up to him, he was very dismissive and was basically like deal with USPS which kind of gave me a bad taste in my mouth. Being a small business owner myself, maybe I just go above and beyond to always make the customer happy. Or at least try to gather up some concern about a missing delivery. The plants are a little bit stressed, but not anywhere near as bad as I expected after haven been gone missing for 2+ weeks. He’s got good stock, and I enjoy his shows, I just wish maybe he wasn’t so cavalier towards a repeat customer whose shipment was lost. Reached out to seller multiple times about my shipment and he never responded to any of my messages. I had to go through whatnot to address my concerns about my order. Phenomenal show and great customer service! I purchased 3 days rent plants and they all arrived in great shape and are thriving great. Would definitely recommend plants from @emeraldroots Everything is amazing!! Shipped quick and packaged beautifully. Great quality. Thank you!! Top Notch!
