If I could give 0 stars, I would. I will never purchase from this seller again. To start off, the communication is absolutely nonexistent. My order took 8 days to ship only after I submitted a complaint to whatnot. For context, I purchased all of my items on 5/14. I did not expect them to ship immediately because that was a Thursday. Tuesday (5/19) rolls around and my order still hadn’t shipped. I asked the seller on his live show and he said that they would be shipping that day when USPS picked up, still nothing. I then asked via PM the following day and I was ignored. The following Friday I submitted a complaint to whatnot and ironically enough, my order then shipped. All of my plants arrived very sad, 2 of which looked practically dead with one of them having a big black spot on the single leaf. I understand we all have lives, but this entire experience was awful. All I wanted was a little communication. 0/5 stars. Packaged really well, and came quickly!
