Package arrived on time and well packaged, but unfortunately the plant I bought died in transit only one green leaf remained with zero viable notes (everything turned to mush )so I could not even attempt to save the plant. I reached out to the seller for a replacement. Seller said he would replace ….after waiting many weeks I reached out to the seller again to see if the replacement had been shipped and asked for tracking seller said to remind him next day and that he would send out replacement plant. I reached out to the seller the next day as requested with no response and then again a few days later still no response finally ended up having to get a refund through Whatnot, even though I was outside of the refund window, thank goodness Whatnot took care of me. Just to be clear I do not believe the dead plant was the seller’s fault and was just a result of stress from shipping, I just don’t feel that I should have to chase the seller and repeatedly ask to get a replacement or refund. 100% 10/10. Out of all the plants I have purchased from Whatnot sellers, the plants I purchased from Emeraldroots have been the healthiest plants I have ever received. Will be back for more. One thing I got to say is the packaging is top notch! Such care is taken to make sure your plants arrive in good condition! They are beautiful!!!
