The first one had a missing item and that should have been the end of me buying from her but I chose to give her a chance to make things right, plus I really liked the shells and sand dollars she had. This was a terrible mistake. After agreeing to send me a few sand dollars to make up for it I bought some more things and happily waited. When they arrived the smaller shells I bought were shoved into a bigger shell and this damaged the smaller shells. Three of the sand dollars were not wrapped for protection and the one that was, was broken into so many pieces. Another sand dollar that I knew was alrssy damaged sustained more damage. When I opened a support ticket and asked for my money back she lied about giving me the things she said she would for the original compensation and kept trying to push off responsibility of the shipping damage. The box was so small it was bulging. I'm lucky nothing else was so severely damaged. Do not buy from her.SELLER BEWARE: after doing extensive inventory and reaching out to other buyers, they did receive the first item. I filled them a small box with tons of rare shelves, and they still weren’t happy with that so I have been claiming individual refunds on all items and making stuff up. Saying it only one sand dollar was wrapped and that’s the one that was broken. Makes no sense. Ask my other buyers as all of my sand dollars come wrapped 5 inches of bubble wrap and then some. I have photos of everything she’s claiming was more broken just message me 🥰 Lots of rocks and shells and more.Fun show,cool stuff! This seller is very conscientious of the product getting where it is going in one piece! The way she wrapped each shell tells you the love she has for each of them!!
