The first one had a missing item and that should have been the end of me buying from her but I chose to give her a chance to make things right, plus I really liked the shells and sand dollars she had. This was a terrible mistake. After agreeing to send me a few sand dollars to make up for it I bought some more things and happily waited. When they arrived the smaller shells I bought were shoved into a bigger shell and this damaged the smaller shells. Three of the sand dollars were not wrapped for protection and the one that was, was broken into so many pieces. Another sand dollar that I knew was alrssy damaged sustained more damage. When I opened a support ticket and asked for my money back she lied about giving me the things she said she would for the original compensation and kept trying to push off responsibility of the shipping damage. The box was so small it was bulging. I'm lucky nothing else was so severely damaged. Do not buy from her. Lots of rocks and shells and more.Fun show,cool stuff! This seller is very conscientious of the product getting where it is going in one piece! The way she wrapped each shell tells you the love she has for each of them!!
