Reviews (690)PACKING IS TERRIBLE AND CORSES MISSING Junk! The fabric tape that was supposed to hold the individual lamp shades together was all undone, stuck together. One piece was snapped apart. Tried to make the best of it, but it doesnt even stand, just wants to topple over! Poorly packed and when I looked it up on Amazon, it's even missing pieces of the lamp shade! No response from seller! I got sent the wrong item, the seller was quick to sending me a replacement. I got to pick something from their next live as my replacement.
I also ordered something to make it easier to receive my replacement, but I believe they will work with you if you didn't want to purchase anything else.
Amazing seller! ✨ recieved this was pack together I have bought alot of dresses and this is the first time I am unhappy about the way they were packaged. dresses were fine , but could have been bad if packaging had ripped. It breaks my heart to leave this review, but if I don't, the problem will not get fixed. I had several packages delivered to me this way. The dresses were not in another package that could've been in another package and the packages were ripped and the dresses were exposed. I do not know if there's damage to them yet as I have not opened them. In the future, I think they should wrap the items in another bag or be double bagged. To prevent the items from being damaged or exposed from ripping in delivery process. That's my only complaint. The seller is amazing! She's very professional, but whoever is doing her packaging needs to be talked to. I buy way too much off of her to have my packages delivered ripped and my items hanging out of them. Very pretty but does not fit, runs small. I am between a 12 and 14 so I got a 14 and it does not even come close to zipping.
