I had an extremely frustrating experience with this seller and strongly caution other buyers. My wife won these cushions fairly in an auction. After it ended, the seller claimed a shipping error and undercharged shipping. Instead of honoring the sale or letting us pay the difference, they canceled the order and said it would be relisted later.
When my wife questioned this, she was referred to Whatnot support and then blocked from bidding.
I later bought the same cushions. Despite the undercharge claim, shipping was actually lower, but I paid nearly three times the original winning price. The item arrived not as described, and the seller refused to resolve it.
Canceling a legitimate win, blocking the buyer, and relisting higher creates the appearance that sales are only honored when the price suits the seller. Delivering an item not as described shows poor practices. Buyers beware. Great seller! Fast shipping and everything has been packaged very well. We love the goose wall hanging.
