I had an extremely frustrating experience with this seller and strongly caution other buyers. My wife won these cushions fairly in an auction. After it ended, the seller claimed a shipping error and undercharged shipping. Instead of honoring the sale or letting us pay the difference, they canceled the order and said it would be relisted later.
When my wife questioned this, she was referred to Whatnot support and then blocked from bidding.
I later bought the same cushions. Despite the undercharge claim, shipping was actually lower, but I paid nearly three times the original winning price. The item arrived not as described, and the seller refused to resolve it.
Canceling a legitimate win, blocking the buyer, and relisting higher creates the appearance that sales are only honored when the price suits the seller. Delivering an item not as described shows poor practices. Buyers beware.marandaonceuponahollerSeller

I’d like to clarify the situation regarding your recent claims. When a shipping error occurred, I made efforts to resolve it promptly; however, your wife’s communication was unprofessional and included inaccurate statements. Following guidance from Whatnot support, I discontinued communication and issued a block. Her review was subsequently removed due to being false per whatnot investigation.
Additionally, the item in question began at a $70 starting bid, and all bids were placed voluntarily. I have retained full documentation and have reported your false claims.
