There was apparently a tiny stain on an item from a previous order that I honestly didn’t even notice, but she left me a note explaining that she had missed it AND included money to make it right. That kind of honesty and care is so rare. She is genuinely one of the sweetest people and you can tell how much she cares about her customers and every order she sends out. I can understand how you’re frustrated with the zipper not working, but i honestly do not appreciate the 1 star on packing and shipping. I dedicate my time to pack every order carefully and safely and ship the next business day so that was not nice! I still wish you a 5 star day!
