When I raised the issue, instead of taking responsibility, I was met with excuses blaming employees and a business partner. As the owner/seller, accountability ultimately falls on you.
I gave more than enough time for this to be addressed appropriately, but no real accountability or resolution was provided. Very disappointing experience.I contacted this customer before he even got his package after I talked to the person I was paying to package everything up. I even spent my own money on sending him another package. I tried my best to make things right with this customer. He has me blocked. I have not been able to get a hold of him to talk about this bad review. I personally go over every package that is sent out. Thank you I’ll buy again for sure fast shipping
