When I raised the issue, instead of taking responsibility, I was met with excuses blaming employees and a business partner. As the owner/seller, accountability ultimately falls on you.
I gave more than enough time for this to be addressed appropriately, but no real accountability or resolution was provided. Very disappointing experience. Thank you I’ll buy again for sure fast shipping
