This was my first purchase from Ria’s show, and I had such a great experience! The items I received were amazing — the Ismisa product, Tiffany mini perfume, and BeautyBio Healthy Scalp Serum were all exciting finds and I’m loving my haul. Everything was packaged carefully and arrived safely. More importantly, the tape used was creative and I knew exactly it was from her.
I also want to give a shoutout for the amazing customer service. One item in my order had an issue that neither of us noticed at the time, and when I reached out, she was incredibly kind, understanding, and quick to make it right. Mistakes can happen, but what truly matters is how a seller handles them, and she went above and beyond to take care of me.
