I was sent the wrong size towel and they very quickly took care of it for me! Love you guys! I’m not happy because I purchased item because it said “BRAND NEW” and once I opened the box it was not Brand New! Has a missing piece and pieces all over the place. I missed the return window because I wrapped the item for a gift and just opened on her birthday. It needs to be labeled correctly and it labeled as Brand New. Disappointed that it said brand new and it was open box. Unsure if it’s been used. Was supposed to come new with box, but was used. I thought oh well I’ll give it a chance. It’s a good brand .I was in need so I cleaned it up good. I used it a few times and now it’s dead ordered on 9/29/26 and stop working 10/13/26. Very disheartening.. A new home gift. I’m sure that it will welcomed and will fit right in with the recipient decor. Quick shipping always and no notable issues at this time. Awesome deal. Came quick and well packaged. Thank you!
