It was good but an item from the stream that was supposed to be included in my order wasn’t, being a custom arc trooper for the first 200 people that spent $20. I did, but didn’t receive the figure Lied about gift with purchase he specified on channel disappointing coming from what use to be one of my top YouTube channels The figure is perfect and I'm glad I got it on discount. However was really expecting the GWP as advertised on stream. Tried messaging the seller both on WhatNot and through email and no response in weeks. Otherwise great. this will go great with my new terminator figure. thank you very much. Was supposed to come with a fig as advertised on the show when item was bought. Not the case on receiving the item and to respond to query. Video receipt clearly indicates figs with purchase.
Fairly disappointed as i’m a regulator supporter of the show. came in perfectly and expertly sealed the figure was in great condition and felt practically new I have been a fan of solid brix studios for a very long time and I have purchased a few times with minimal issues. However I was under the impression that I would be receiving a gift with purchase for this recent order because I spend enough to qualify while they were still available but i didn’t receive anything. Previously I bought something in the shop that was missing some items as advertised. Tried to reach out about it but i didn’t hear anything back. Totally understandable due to the volume of viewers on these streams but I have run into a few issues with order accuracy. I still recommend David as he runs a great show, and in the grand scheme of things received all of the items I’ve paid for. I can see how there can be mistakes made here and there but being that this was the second time I thought I’d bring it up in the review. Like I said I still recommend these streams and I will continue to watch and purchase in the future 👍🏼. Packed to perfection! On time and everything I wanted ! Very good fig tho didn’t mean to buy twice tried to reach David but couldn’t probably because of how popular/busy he is, I’ll probably just trade a friend the second figure no worries. Great Custom PAD Printer Death Star parts and Commander Gree 🥳 Figure is fine but I didnt get my gwp and the purchase was over $20…. And im pretty sure I bought the fig when there was still figs available….
