Reviews (5,384)The shipping can be rough on the plants and I’m holding hope out for two of the four that they’ll come out of the transportation shock. The other 2 look like they did on screen… not sure that there’s anything the seller could do differently but I’m still very happy and only give 4 stars due to the two that look like they might be a loss. Love these shows and will definitely continue ordering Great packaging; super satisfied! This is the second package that I’ve received and it’s been completely damaged in transit. One of the plants is completely smooshed along with its pot. It might be my own silliness, but I really wish the plants were marked as to what they are versus just the number from the live.

USPS kept my plants too long a couple didn’t come in so good but that’s not the fault of the seller. FYI: if you don’t put in a claim within 2 days, then you are out of luck. That happened to me.
