Reviews (5,791)Unfortunately, it seems this seller does not know how to properly pack live plants or corms for shipping. My calathea arrived in soaking-wet soil with significant root rot, while the corm arrived completely dry. I also received no response to two messages seeking a refund on the Ship Out Tomorrow fee since they did not ship it out in 24 hours as stated in the description. I would not purchase from this seller again. Amazing little plant 💕 thank you 💕 Most plants had soggy leaves and damaged When I grabbed the box from my doorstep I had lost all hope. It looked like it had gone through hell and back and I forgot to purchase an ice pack or insulation. But packaging was thorough and all of my plants but 1 came in perfect tact! (1 came with 1 yellow leave left but still alive and salvageable) Shipped all the way to Missouri on the hottest week of the year! Im impressed and will be ordering more. It was mushy and half dead. Looks like it was over watered! packaged well! post services could have cared less box was beyond smashed but plants made it unharmed💜 the hoya was not the same as in the receipt. it was sold as pot of gold when it is actually an albomarginata, different than the pot of gold. the variegation are not the same. also both plants' substrate was wet. i let it sit on towels to wick away moisture at least overnight and into next day. Plants were packaged great, they are thriving and gorgeous Delayed in transit and still arrived in perfect condition! Thank you! Beautiful!! the package was lost in the mail. the post office told me there was an issue with the label, that was not true because the label was correct and clear. It went on a journey, and still, every plant I received was alive and healthy. They were packaged perfectly, and I think that's what kept everything alive.
