When my package arrived, I was extremely disappointed to find a tiny black cat mochi instead. Nothing about what I received matched what he had advertised during his livestream.
He also prints shipping labels and places them on large boxes with the sticky backing of the shipping label still attached , creating the impression that you're receiving a much bigger item than what actually arrives.
It's not about the value of a free item. It's about honesty and transparency. If you're going to promote your giveaways as something they're not, that's misleading to your followers.I apologize if you felt mislead but I do have all giveaway descriptions as “Random Needoh or Squishy”. During my show I promote always having banger giveaways at the beginning of my show and advise everyone to show up early as I do “buyers choice” and I have the best “items” and “giveaways” at the start of the show. The show was great, the items good, and shipping was fast. I only took a star due to how it was packaged, it got trashed during shipping. It was in a box, and filled with paper but not around the item just in the free space so it wouldn't move. So when that corner got smashed there was nothing to protect it, as there was no cushion in that corner, the item was directly against the box. I paid over retail, and now its worth less than retail, so I feel packaging should be a little more careful. I feel bad for taking a star, but this could have been prevented. I normally don't blame the seller for what happens in shipping, but had it had a bit more paper in the box to cushion and cover the item top, it would have survived. I really do feel bad cause everything else was great. Please, message us! We’ll take care of it 100%! Great show, everything was authentic, packaged well, and quick shipping! Thanks for everything!
