No problems with purchase, quality of items, but as a first time bidder on Whatnot, I accidentally bid on a dress bc i was plugging in my phone, I IMMEDIATELY messaged the seller apologizing, & I had a response that said "which item?" bc i bid on a lot of items during the show. I was not asking for a refund or anything like that. THEN...a couple days later I get a message saying all bids were final, no cancelations, or anything bc of rules set by Whatnot. I later found out that was NOT true & even saw on a different show with a different seller a disclosure that said "no cancelations UNLESS you were a first time bidder!" Its NOT the fact that I didn't get a refund, bc I never asked for 1,, but wasn't given a store one time credit, or NOTHING!! So, NOTE TO SELF....READ ALL THE NOTES/DISCLOSURES b4 bidding, bc if you were like me....new to Whatnot & made an honest mistake, you may be left with something more than an unwanted beaded ball gown. So, 1st TIME BUYERS BEWARE! absoulutly love it, it did hae some fraying on the one sleve but i love it so much it dosent even matter Loved it all 😻 Preciate youuu 🤝 sometimes condition isn’t described that well definitely had more wear that i expected… needed to oxiclean stain all of them… but super cute clothes, and seller is a good guy… thrifted clothes always have “that smell” to it so be aware of that and wash your items before wearing :) Item received nice item thanks Really great pieces.
