Hope to buy from him again 👍🏼 They sent the wrong items and when I reached out to them, they ghosted me and ignored me First off, the people are cool and this isn’t a reflection of them. I purchased a bunch of clothing from their show recently. They had a mix up on how they were labelling the items and they got some mixed up live on the stream as I watch it. They even acknowledged it and we all had a good laugh at it. Later I receive my items and a bunch of them are miss labeled and wrong. Didn’t think it was an issue as they said just message them to fix it. I messaged them on Whatnot. I messaged them on Instagram. I even messaged them on their last live stream was very respectful about it as nobody responded to me. They acknowledged in the stream that they’ll reach out to me no issues. That has never happened. I buy from a bunch of sellers on Whatnot and unfortunately I wouldn’t buy from them again as it’s not about the quality of items but the customer service of atleast reaching back out to me when yall messed something up. I request a refund as my items were wrong and am still ghosted. What can I say I have been dealing with throwback for over a year now and they always have great clothing at great prices. The quality is consistently A+ whether I’m buying for myself or sourced items to resell. Throwback has become my go to shop and I could not be happier with the Service and selection. Thank you again Eric. Ordered 3 items, only one was correct.
