If it as broken off everything is shown in the live when you are purchasing the items. I do see your message now that asks if I can change out a clear hang tag to a black one which I didn’t see till now. However I wouldn’t have been able to do that since I’m out of extra empty cases. So sounds like your a little mad over the fact I couldn’t get u a black tag lol but not need to leave a bad review we could have just canceled the clear tag one it wouldn’t have been an issue.
