I am not responsible for damages caused by weather conditions. Once package is dropped off I am not responsible for damages caused by carrier or any delays. Plants are living things, shipping may cause them stress. Some fallen leaves or dirt in the box is normal. If there is a problem with your order please contact me immediately and provide pictures.
