And thank you for your continued support! 1. Seller shipped her hair all in the tape of this package, there was alot stuck under the tape. SO GROSS!! 2. Seller did not even take the time to properly close the bubble wrapper it was shipped in. one side wasn't sealed. 3. I was charged 3 pounds 7 ounces when the package only weighed 5 ounces. I reached out to Seller prior to this post. She informed she has no cancelation or refund policy and nothing was damaged so it was all acceptable to her. Not even an apology from the seller. Ma'am, your items had no damage. First you had an issue with shipping amount, then with hair, then with package. You wanted a refund not a replacement and once you finally sent a picture of the items, there was no damage. You didn't take a picture of all the extra goodies you were given either. Find another show, there are plenty. Ultimately, it seems you were mad that you didn't win a Loungefly. Have a blessed day. You are amazing! The shipping was super fast.Thank you Kats!!
