The shipping label was created on January 17, 2026, but the item was not brought to the post office until February 5, 2026. I had to reach out twice for updates. The first time, the delay was blamed on weather. The second time, I received no response at all.
I made several other Whatnot purchases around the same time, and those sellers packaged and shipped quickly without issue. This is also not the first time I’ve experienced long shipping delays from this seller.
I tried to be patient and support someone building a new business, but I can’t afford to wait this long for items to ship. I hope the seller improves their fulfillment process moving forward.
