My order was received at the post office open and missing multiple bags. I've shown pics and evidence of this issue. I have yet to receive any reply or resolution for the missing set I haven't received. I was offered a discount code for another purchase! Why would I buy again when I haven't gotten the first order! You want ro trust and support other companies, but as you can see everyone is out to fraud you with BS sales and take your money. it has been 7 months since I purchased the set in question, no more excuses, I have given you more time to resolve this matter. I even reached out to you on you last show. too many chances have been given. At this point a full refund will satisfy my issue. Nice MOC of retired set. Fast and secure shipping. Shipping container was sketchy and instruction booklet for the sail barge was ripped up (from being tossed around). But it was all there and quality is great Arrived in poly bag, with numbered bags within it for steps. Seller sent me the instructions via email. Can’t wait to build this and display with my others.
