Évaluations (681)I didn't get it but great seller Forgot to package the warmer that I paid for. This was the second purchase from this seller. First time I did not recieve my complete purchase. There was confusion on my part how these small games of chance were paid out. Seller was contacted though and did rectify my missing winnings without an issue. Since she made it right, I decided to participate in a second live and spent 137 dollars that night. I received my package and was left with a letter stating that wax warmers were not available and would ship by Friday that week. Friday that week I inquired as to if they were shipped as the letter stated. I was told now they would ship Monday. By the NEXT Fri, I inquired again if warmers were shipped and for a tracking number. Crickets. Nothing. Messaged again Sunday but then ultimately decided to contact whatnot support whom refunded a portion of the purchase. Great items and show! Quick shipping! Back in february i had ordered her ultimate bundle which i was promised many other items as credit. It never got sent out and ive been in contact with her about since purchasing it (2+ months ago). I have been very nice and understanding since we all deserve a little grace especially with mistakes. I’ve been in her shows since being nothing but nice, supportive, and encouraging. I have yet to receive my items and have since been blocked.. for what? I haven’t been rude or harassed a single time. Not professional in any way shape or form I had $70 worth of her wax melts promised to me in credit stolen from me by her. If I were you I would NOT do the credit items it is obviously unorganized and not kept track of since it’s been over 2 months ago and I just got blocked out of nowhere. Watch out she blocks you and doesn’t send ur credit orders… Received thank you so much O

I had submitted a request for a replacement/refund and was met with rude accusatory behavior. I was very patient and kind as much as I could be, but still over a week later there is no refund or replacement. Then when escalated to support, I was sworn at saying "fine, get your d*mn refund". Very unprofessional. Great products,fast shipping and amazing shows and host. Just awesome products and host Loved shopping with you absolutely will again Awesome items and great giveaways.
