Évaluations (24)Despite all of the good reviews, my experience has been terrible. I asked about this product 17 days ago and never received an answer. I really needed this type of jacket for work. I work on a military base as a contractor and needed something rugged and warm. I took a gamble and ordered it anyways. I thought it would be fine after seeing all the good reviews.
The package was delivered almost a week ago now. I received someone else’s order. It was nowhere near what I ordered. It had a completely different jacket and a few shirts. I reached out to the seller again. No answer. I’m am also having a hard time with whatnot getting me a refund. The automated system keeps telling me to talk to the seller. I’m out $90 now because of this mix up. I’m very disappointed and am still without a proper jacket for work. The only good thing was she sent the order out fast. Too bad it was the wrong order.
