Won a ring at asking price. After, seller said "Thank you so much, I really appreciate that" 5 days later when I'd expected the item to arrive, I had an email from WN to say purchase cancelled by seller. I messaged 3x over 2 days, politely asking why my order was cancelled, eventually had a reply. I was also informed that she'd lost out as had to pay £3 to cancel and that I could find other things elsewhere on WN! Also told me "if I understood business I would know that"..Surely sellers have a price in mind that reflects fees etc and ensures a profit, not pluck a price from thin air and then change their mind 5 days later..If she'd messaged me and explained, I'm sure we could have come to an agreement and I could have been offered a chance to tip the extra money before it was posted out. Sadly there was no communication and no choice. Yes to quote, you have "left a bad taste" after this! Also, I don't advise wearing earrings to demo how they look on! Amazing Quality, Amazing Prices.
