Sent messages with no response for a week. Finally heard back saying they would talk with management. Another week with no response. Then get the “color is out of stock now”. The only white one is a higher-cost item… ok not my fault. No response now again. Won’t be buying from them again! I have purchased hundreds of dollars worth of items from them too! Sad and disappointing!
