She did finally refund after going back and forth. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this was not good customer service at all. We do apologize about that! But we did specify multiple times these items are pre loved and you have to bid responsibly. We tried to accommodate you and make things right and give you items worth more than what you ordered. You then kept the items and kept being rude u til you “finally” gor your refund which goes against our policy.
